Preparation:

• 3g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (1/2 of tube)
• 100° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup
• Steep for 2 – 3 minutes

• 2 minute – Light
• 3 minute – Mildly bitter
• 4 minute – Bitter
