How it tastes: Bitter with slight brisk mouthfeel
Ingredients: Black tea, green tea, corn flower blossoms, marigold flower, flavor, rose petals
Origin: Sri Lanka
Preparation:
- 2g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (1/3 of tube)
- 100° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup
- Steep for 2 – 4 minutes
Taste Notes: (Steep evolution)
- 2 minute – Light bitterness
- 3 minute – Mild bitterness
- 4 minute – Strong bitterness
