Ingredients: Black tea, cherry bits
Origin: Sri Lanka
Preparation:
- 2g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (1/3 of tube)
- 95° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup
- Steep for 2 – 4 minutes
Taste Notes: (Steep evolution)
- 2 minute – Light and sweet
- 3 minute – Mildly bitter with a hint of sweetness
- 4 minute – Bitter with sweet aftertaste
