Preparation:
- 2g of tea or 1 spoonful of tea (1/3 of tube)
- 80° - 85° of water in to 250ml – 300ml cup
- Steep for 2 – 3 minutes
Taste Notes (Steep evolution)
- 1 minute – Light earthy
- 2 minute – Mild earthy with jasmine after taste
- 3 minute – Bitter with strong jasmine after taste
